Notes: My first fanfic in the Tsubasa-verse, written on impulse after finishing all of the available manga.

( Kurogane had always known that that forever gentle and charming exterior could be nothing more than a mask, but now, even that gentleness had fallen away, leaving nothing but a bare shadow who pretended to smile. )
